Training Center

The Training Center teaches you the skills you need to succeed—marketing strategies, communication techniques, and business fundamentals. Work through modules at your own pace and test your knowledge with quizzes.

Getting Started

Click Training in the sidebar to see all available modules organized by subject.

At the top, you'll see your overall progress: how many modules you've completed, how many you're working on, and your total completion percentage.

Browsing Modules

Modules are grouped by subject. Each module card shows:

Title and description
Duration — How long it takes
Difficulty — Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced
Progress — Lessons completed out of total
Recommended badge — If it's suggested for your current stage

Look for modules marked "Recommended"—these are tailored to where you are in your journey.

Working Through a Module

Starting

Click any module card to open its detail page. You'll see the full description, lesson list, and your progress.

Click Start Module to begin, Continue Learning to pick up where you left off, or Review Content if you've already completed it.

Lesson Types

Video — Watch training videos. Transcript available below. Marked complete at 80% watched.

Audio — Listen to audio content with play/pause controls.

Presentation — Slide-by-slide content. Navigate with forward/back buttons.

Document — PDF or other documents to read.

Mixed — Combinations of the above.

Completing Lessons

Lessons are marked complete when you've engaged with the content:

Videos/audio: Watch or listen to at least 80%
Presentations: View all slides
Documents: Open all files
Some lessons: Click "Mark Complete" manually

Use the Previous Lesson and Next Lesson buttons at the bottom to navigate.

Quizzes

Most modules end with a quiz to test what you've learned.

Unlocking Quizzes

Quizzes unlock only after you complete all lessons in the module. If the quiz is locked, you'll see which lessons you still need to finish.

Taking the Quiz

Click Take Quiz Now
Answer each question (usually multiple choice or true/false)
Navigate between questions if needed
Submit when you're done

Some quizzes have time limits—you'll see a timer in the corner.

Results

After submitting, you'll see your score immediately.

If you pass (usually 80%+): Congratulations! You can review answers with explanations and move on.

If you don't pass: You'll see which questions you missed. Marlow can help you understand the material better. Click "Try Again" when you're ready.

Quizzes may have attempt limits, so review the material before retrying.

Personalized Recommendations

The platform suggests modules based on:

How long you've been using the platform
What you've already completed
The logical learning sequence

Early on, you'll see foundational modules. As you progress, more advanced topics become recommended.

Tips for Effective Learning

Set aside dedicated time. Even 15-30 minutes of focused learning is better than distracted browsing.

Complete modules in order. Later lessons often build on earlier ones.

Take notes. Writing things down helps retention.

Don't rush quizzes. Review the material first. You'll do better and actually learn.

Use Marlow. Ask about concepts you don't understand. After failing a quiz, Marlow can help you review.

Common Questions

"The video won't play."

Check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.

"My progress isn't saving."

Make sure you watched enough of the video or completed the required steps. Wait a moment and refresh. If it persists, you may need to re-complete the lesson.

"The quiz won't unlock."

Double-check that all lessons are marked complete. Refresh the page. Look for any lessons showing incomplete status.

"I can't access training."

Make sure your subscription is active. If your trial expired, you'll need to upgrade to continue.
