Calendar & Scheduling Integration
Connect Google Calendar and your scheduling tools. See your schedule alongside CRM activities and sync automatically.
Calendar & Scheduling Integration
Connect your calendar to see your schedule alongside your CRM activities. Connect your scheduling tool (Calendly or Cal.com) to automatically track booked calls with contacts.
What You Can Connect
Calendar (Google Calendar)
- See your schedule in the platform
- Use real availability for booking
- Events sync automatically
Scheduling Tool (Calendly or Cal.com)
- Booked calls appear in your Events page
- Automatic contact association
- Shows in your Dashboard's Upcoming Calls widget
You can connect both, one, or neither—they work independently.
Connecting Google Calendar
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar
- Click Connect with Google
- Sign in to your Google account
- Review and approve the permissions
- You're connected
Choosing an Access Level
When connecting, pick how much you want to share:
| Level | What's Shared |
|---|---|
| Availability Only | Just busy/free times—event details stay private |
| Titles | Times plus event titles (descriptions hidden) |
| Full Access | Everything—titles, descriptions, attendees, locations |
Choose based on your privacy preferences. You can change this anytime.
How Syncing Works
Events sync automatically via webhooks—changes appear within minutes. If something seems off, go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar and click Sync Now to force a refresh.
Disconnecting
If you need to disconnect:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm
This removes platform access but doesn't delete anything from your Google Calendar.
Connecting a Scheduling Tool
You can connect Calendly or Cal.com (one at a time, not both).
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Scheduling
- Click Connect Calendly or Connect Cal.com
- Log in to your scheduling account
- Authorize the connection
- You're connected
Setting Your Default Event Type
After connecting, select which event type to use by default:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Scheduling
- Find Default Event Type
- Choose from your synced event types
This is the event type used when you send booking links to contacts.
What Happens When Someone Books
When someone schedules through your booking tool:
- The call appears on your Events page
- It shows in your Dashboard's Upcoming Calls widget
- If their email matches a contact, they're automatically linked
- Join links are available when it's time
Disconnecting
If you disconnect your scheduling tool, existing booked calls remain visible but won't receive updates from the provider.
Benefits of Connecting Both
With calendar connected:
- See all your events in one place
- Avoid double-booking
- Native booking features use accurate availability
With scheduling tool connected:
- Booked calls tracked automatically
- No manual entry needed
- Contacts linked when email matches
Both together gives you complete visibility and automatic tracking.

You can disconnect anytime and your data is removed from our system.
Common Questions
