Dashboard & Goal Tracking

Your performance command center. Monitor metrics, track goal progress, and get daily AI insights from Marlow.

Dashboard & Goal Tracking

Your Dashboard shows how you're doing at a glance—what's working, what needs attention, and whether you're on track to hit your goals. Check it daily to stay focused.

What You'll See

The Dashboard has several sections:

  • Daily Report — AI-generated insights about your recent activity
  • Top Priorities — Your most urgent action items
  • Quick Metrics — Key numbers with trends
  • Goal Progress — How you're tracking against targets
  • Activity Charts — Visual breakdowns of your performance

Daily Report

At the top, Marlow (your AI assistant) provides a daily analysis:

  • A summary of what's happening in your business
  • Highlights of what's working well
  • Suggestions for what to focus on

Click Regenerate if you want a fresh perspective. The report updates once per day automatically.

Top Priorities

This widget shows your 4 most urgent action items. Click any item to jump directly to that contact. Click View All to open the full Workflow page.

Use this as your starting point—handle these before anything else.

Quick Metrics

Four cards show your key numbers:

MetricWhat It Measures
Messages SentHow many messages you've sent in the last 4 weeks
Contacts ReachedHow many unique people you've connected with
Actions CompletedTasks you've finished from your queue
ConversionsContacts who became customers or partners

Each metric shows a trend arrow:

  • Green up arrow — You're doing better than before
  • Red down arrow — Activity has dropped
  • Gray arrow — About the same

Goal Progress

Your goals appear as cards showing:

  • The metric being tracked (Messages Sent, Conversions, etc.)
  • Your current progress (like "45 / 260")
  • A progress bar with your target
  • Days remaining

Are You On Track?

A marker on the progress bar shows where you should be based on elapsed time:

  • Bar past the marker = You're ahead
  • Bar behind the marker = You need to pick up the pace

When you're behind, a red alert tells you what you need to do daily to catch up.

Goal Types

90-Day Goals — From your business plan. These are cumulative—keep adding to them over three months.

Weekly Goals — Reset every week. These measure consistency and regular activity.

Monthly Goals — Reset monthly. Good for bigger-picture targets.

12-Month Goals — Annual targets for long-term tracking.

Activity Heatmap

The heatmap shows your activity over the past year. Each square is one day:

  • Darker colors = More activity
  • Blue tones = More messages sent
  • Green tones = More replies received
  • Gold border = A conversion happened that day

Below the heatmap, you'll see:

  • Your current streak (consecutive active days)
  • Your longest streak ever
  • Active days this week and month

A consistent heatmap with few gaps shows you're building good habits.

Analytics Charts

Conversion Funnel

Shows how contacts move through your pipeline:

Contacts Created → Messages Sent → Responses → Conversions

This helps you see where people drop off. A big gap between "Messages Sent" and "Responses" might mean your messaging needs work.

Response Performance

A line chart showing:

  • How quickly you respond to incoming messages
  • A 24-hour target line for reference

Faster responses generally mean better engagement.

A 90-day chart with a 4-week forecast showing:

  • Messages sent (blue line)
  • Contacts reached (teal line)
  • Messages received (purple line)
  • Dashed lines showing where you're headed

Channel Performance

Breaks down your activity by channel (Email, SMS, WhatsApp). Useful for seeing which channels get the best response rates.

Warning signs:

  • Lots of white gaps on the heatmap

  • Big drop-offs in your funnel

Common Questions

"There's no data showing."

New accounts need a few weeks of activity before charts populate. Start messaging contacts and the data will appear.

"My goals aren't showing up."

Goals come from your business plans. Make sure you've completed onboarding and generated a plan.

"The forecast seems off."

Forecasts need consistent data to be accurate. If you've recently changed your activity level, it takes time for predictions to adjust.
