Manage your subscription, track usage, and understand your plan. Upgrade, downgrade, or manage payments easily.

Billing & Usage

Manage your subscription, track your usage, and upgrade or change your plan—all from the Billing page.

Viewing Your Subscription

Go to Settings > Billing to see:

  • Your current plan — Basic, Pro, or Trial
  • Status — Active, Trialing, Past Due, or Canceled
  • Renewal date — When your next charge happens
  • Usage — Lead tokens and landing pages consumed

Understanding Plans

Free Trial

New accounts start with a free trial:

  • Full access to all features
  • Typically 14 days
  • Converts to paid or access ends

Basic Plan

Entry-level paid plan:

  • Core CRM features
  • AI chat and message drafting
  • Limited landing pages
  • Email, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging

Pro Plan

Full-featured plan:

  • Everything in Basic
  • Higher token allocation
  • More (or unlimited) landing pages
  • Priority support
  • Advanced features

Team Leader

For those building teams:

  • Everything in Pro
  • Team management features
  • Workspace administration
  • Contact sales to discuss

Usage Tracking

Lead Tokens

Tokens are consumed when purchasing leads or using certain AI-intensive features.

The billing page shows a progress bar:

  • Under 80% — You're fine
  • 80%+ — Bar turns yellow, consider your usage
  • At limit — Bar turns red, upgrade to continue

Landing Pages

Each published page counts against your limit. Draft pages don't count. If you hit your limit, unpublish or archive pages to free up slots.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Find the plan you want
  3. Click Upgrade to [Plan]
  4. Review what's changing
  5. Confirm and complete payment

Upgrades take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-billing-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days.

From Trial

During your trial, click any Upgrade Now button or go to Billing and select a plan. You'll complete checkout through Stripe.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click Switch to [Lower Plan]
  3. Review what you'll lose
  4. Confirm

Downgrades happen at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until then. After the change, your token allocation and landing page limit will decrease.

Managing Your Subscription

Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal, where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View billing history and download invoices
  • Change your billing address
  • Cancel your subscription

Updating Payment

  1. Click Manage Subscription
  2. Find Payment Methods in Stripe
  3. Add a new card
  4. Set it as default
  5. Remove old card if desired

Viewing Invoices

  1. Click Manage Subscription
  2. Find Billing History
  3. Download any invoice for your records

Trial Expiration

When your trial ends without upgrading:

  • Access becomes limited
  • Your data is preserved
  • Upgrade anytime to regain full access

You'll see a modal explaining what's locked and offering an upgrade path.

Payment Issues

Past Due

If a payment fails, your status shows "Past Due" with a red banner. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal to resolve it.

Canceled

If you cancel, you keep access until the current billing period ends. After that, features become limited. Your data isn't deleted—reactivate anytime to pick up where you left off.

AI Rate Limits

AI features (chat, drafting) have daily usage caps to prevent abuse. Pro plans have higher limits.

If you hit the limit:

  • You'll see a notification
  • AI features are temporarily unavailable
  • Wait for the daily reset, or upgrade for higher limits

Common Questions

"When will I be charged?"

  • Trial: Only if you upgrade before it ends
  • Active subscription: On your renewal date
  • Upgrades: Immediately (prorated for remaining cycle)

"Can I cancel anytime?"

Yes. Go to Manage Subscription and cancel in Stripe. You keep access until the period ends, then no further charges.

"Is my data deleted if I cancel?"

No. Your data is preserved. Access becomes limited, but you can reactivate later to regain it.

"Can I get a refund?"

Generally, cancellations are prorated. Contact support for specific situations.

"What happens to my landing pages if I downgrade?"

Existing pages are preserved, but you may not be able to create new ones until you're under the limit. You might need to unpublish some.

Troubleshooting

"I can't upgrade."

Make sure your payment method is valid. Allow popups in your browser for Stripe. Try a different browser if it persists.

"My payment failed."

Check your card details and available funds. Try a different card. Contact your bank if the card should work.

"My usage seems wrong."

Usage updates may have a slight delay. Check specific feature usage. Contact support with details if something looks off.

"The Stripe portal won't open."

Allow popups from the platform. Try a different browser or clear your cache.
